1.All of the bouquets and arrangements shown are subject to seasonal availability. Whilst we shall try to supply any item as close to the illustration as possible, we reserve the right to substitute any flowers as necessary. If we do need to do this we shall provide an item of equal or greater value.

2.We deliver Monday to Saturday between 9.00am and 5.00pm (we are closed Sundays and Bank Holidays). We guarantee same day delivery if the order is recieved by 12 noon, uk time (deliveries to Liverpool City Centre require 24 hours notice). All orders for major occassions, eg. Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Christmas, must be ordered at least 2 working days in advance. When delivering funeral flowers we must have the time of the funeral. We shall always try to deliver these flowers two hours before the funeral. |

Terms and conditions of our Reward Scheme:-
1.Details have to be documented at the time of registration. This enables points to be awarded for telephone orders.
2. Relay orders through Teleflower are excluded from this offer.
3. Vouchers will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
4. No cash equivalent will be given or change given from the vouchers.
5. Reward scheme is for individual use only and not for corporate purchases.
6. Card may only be used by the named card holder.
7. Card is not transferrable and remains the property of Fleur florist.
8. Only one point is awarded per visit. |
